Many of the items on our website are unique and
custom made when you order.
and need to allow up to
8-14 days for shipment depending on the items purchased.
Our Jewelry Line typically ships within 2-3 days.
Many of our items ship sooner than 12 days but, if you need your items by a certain date please let us know when ordering to ensure you may receive the order by the date you need.

If you need your item rushed, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, however depending on the time frame in which you need the products sometimes increased shipping fees for 2 day delivery or Overnight delivery may also have to apply to your order.
Shipping times typically depend on the items being ordered as some of our gifts will ship directly from the manufacture.
Cancellation/Return Policy.
Refunds will not be issued once orders have been placed.
Our gifts are custom made to order just for you, unfortunately, we can not accept any returns on our items.
All Personalized Merchandise is custom made
and can't be returned.

We've searched high and low to bring our customers a great product line here at

and therefore our items are made by several different artisans throughout the United States.
Your complete order may not arrive at the same time as your products may ship from different artisians through out the USA.
Most of our items are shipping the USPS . We also ship by various sources including
UPS, and FedEx if you need an item by a certain date please contact us to make sure you can receive the product in time also additional shipping fees may apply to your order.
If the carrier fails to deliver your items on time with overnight delivery you will not be refunded for the products only the shipping.

Shipping within the United States is calculated per weight. You can see the price for shipping calculated in the shopping cart upon check out.

Tips for Mongramming
In the 19th and Early 20th Centuries, when the rules for three-letter monograms were created, it would have been easy to know which letters represented which parts of an individual name.
Ellen Marie Webb would immediately recognize this monogram as her own first name initial (E) on the left, middle name initial (M) on the right, and last name initial (W) in the center, larger than the rest.
Welcome to 21 st century. Things have goten a little complicated, and so it is with monogramming.
With a few there have always been confusion and disagreement in what manner the initials should be placed. We love the traditional monogramming way, but to keep up with the latest trends we are always pleased to accomodate special request.
Please see a series of monogramming situations below. If you have a special personalization request please check with us before your order is submitted.
Susan Marie Hough wants to get a bag embroidered with her three-letter monogram. How would you arrange the initials?
Ex:: S H M
John Smith and Mary Walker are getting married. They have already decided that after the marriage they will both use Smith Last Name. How would you create a monogram for them?
Ex: J S W
Susan Elizabeth Marie Davis wants to get a towel embroidered with her four letter monogram. How would you arrange the initials?
Option 1 choose ONLY one of the names to use as your middle initial.
Ex:: S D E
Option 2
Use a diamond font and choose a 2 letter monogram using first and last initials only.
Option 3 Only use your first, or last inital monogram.
Option 4 All the letters straight across the same size in block font.
Example:: SEMD
Q:: Can you monogram the initials all the same size?
A:: Of course, This is most popular in the Block style font. If you would like this style personalization just contact our customer service department and let them know prior to placing you order.
Q:: What are the best fonts for boys.
A:: Block is probably the most standard font for names but, we also like the stacked monogram font, and diamond monogram font for 3 letter monograms.
